**Sir Scansalot**

Sir Scansalot is an internal accounts-payable tool used by Goodwin’s Market. It reads supplier

invoices scanned at the store, splits batch scans into one invoice each, and — after a person

reviews every one — creates the matching bill in QuickBooks Online with the invoice PDF attached.

It is not a public product and is not offered for sale or download. It runs on a single computer

in the Goodwin’s Market office and is used only by Goodwin’s Market staff, who launch it from the

desktop icon on that computer.

To connect or reconnect Sir Scansalot to QuickBooks Online, open the app on that computer and

go to **Settings → Connect QuickBooks**. The connection can be ended at any time from the same

screen, or from QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps → My Apps.
